Refactoring of initval_file and histval_file
...
initval_file and hisvfal_file are now more flexible and have functionalities
similar to option datafile in estimation.

Testsuite: fix engine for testing M scripts

I’m not sure it has ever worked.
As a consequence, remove the workaround that had apparently been implemented in
tests/initval_file/ramst_initval_file.mod.

Removed data files for tests/initval_file.
...
Generate the data instead with matlab's script
ramst_initval_file_data.m. Note that the excel files are only produced
and tested under Windows (xlswrite is not working on OS X, need to check
for Linux).
